Commision TOS
These TOS only apply to Commisions and Customs, not Adopts.
The Basics
1.a. Payment for Commisioned art is to be sent Once a rough draft has been finished. I will not start the rest of the commision until payment has been sent. From there, if funds are on hold, i will withhold the finish product until funds are taken off of hold. This is usually a 21 day wait according to PayPal. If there is no Hold of funds, the artwork will be delivered immediately once finished. For your safety and mine, you can check if your funds are on hold yourself by going to the activity section and clicking on the transaction to see its status.1.b. If I receive a chargeback at any point, I will fight it and cancel the commision. I do not joke around with scam attempts. I will contact PayPal and make a formal report over the matter.Refund Policy
2.a. Under no circumstances will there be any refunds if the art has been finished. Due to the nature of my payment process (receiving payment once the initial sketch is finished) all refunds will be partial. This is due to the fact that by the time payment has occurred, ive likly already finished half of the artwork.2.b. If I fail provide my services, examples being, unfortunate events where I may be unable to to finish a commision, I will refund the full amount no matter how much time has been spend on a commission.
Alternatively, I can always resume a commision after an unfortunate event if the commissioner still wishes to receive the product.2.c. If there is an financial emergency on the customers end, I may refund the commision and ignore the refund deadline. This depends on the situation, such as Vet, dental, hospital bills, overdue rent, ect. Non valid reasons are needing money for Disneyland, or, irresponsible spending/money management.
Art TOS
Owned art is allowed to be altered by another individual after the fact, i am not against others later improving my art where they see fit, as long as its done in a respectful manner, not using AI and simply for the improvement of the image.In the future, say, 7 months after the commision is done or if my art is sold to another user, and said user feels that they'd like small touch ups, like, improvements to the ears, eyes and jawline shape, feel free to reach out to me, ill see what I can do with a quick edit!If selling a character, you may add 100% of the cost of the commision to the characters overall value. However, this cost will be fixed to what was paid for the specific piece. not my up to date prices.If a character i created and or gifted is deleted from Toyhouse or my designer credit is removed, i will assume the character was deleted for good, and will re-assume ownership of the character for the sake of design preservation and reupload the character as my own. Again, simplified, if you delete the character from toyhouse, you forfeit all rights of ownership unless you request via the characters creator credits to once again have me credited.Unless art was specifically Commisioned by you, please, do not repost my art. You can repost my posts, but, do not repost my art or have dedicated "archive" social media pages for my stuff. I am trying to grow my own social media pages, not have other leech off of my hard work. Any reposts found of my art will be Copyright striked (excluding art Commisioned by me and posted by the person who Commisioned it)AI Usage
Under no circumstances will my commisions or any of my art be permitted to be used in AI. I will seek out that posts containing AI modified version of my art are taken down. Again, this is strict, I will not allow my skill and hard work to be misused and I will not allow individuals to disrespect me. I will first contact the poster and ask them to take it down, if the poser refuses, I will contact the support of whatever site the AI variant is posted to and request the posts removal.
