I specialize in character concept art, this means I am most comfortable and skilled at simple possesses and refrence style artistic pieces. I also specialize in monster design and fantasy creatures such as Dragons.

1.a. Payment for Commisioned art is to be sent Once a rough draft has been finished. I will not start the rest of the commision until the receipt has been confirmed and funds are taken off hold. This is due to the risk of users cancelling the payment once the commision is done.1.b. Payments should be sent through PayPal's Goods And Service Option as sending payments through friends and family is against for commisions is against PayPals TOS, and may result in termination in my paypal account. Again, when using Goods and Services, funds will be put on hold and must be confirmed so that I may receive the funds.1.c. If I receive a chargeback at any point, I will fight it and cancel the commision. I do not joke around with scam attempts. I will contact PayPal and make a formal report over the matter.1.d. My commision prices is my time and services. These include speaking with the client regarding their commision piece, the creation of the piece using my skill and time, my time using PayPal in any regards to the client.Refund policy
2.a. Under no circumstances will there be any refunds if the art has been finished. Commision prices are for my services, and time, not the digital product it self. Meaning, if I spend the time and create a finished or nearly finished product, and the user requests a refund during or after receiving the item despite i having finished creating the item in its majority, they will not be eligible for a refund.
For clarification, refunds will only be available for the first half of the pieces completion, afterwards, there will be now refund requests permitted unless it applies to the following rules below.2.b. If I fail provide my services, examples being, unfortunate events where I may be unable to to finish a commision, I will refund the full amount no matter how much time has been spend on a commission.
Alternatively, I can always resume a commision after an unfortunate event if the commissioner still wishes to receive the product.2.c. If there is an financial emergency on the customers end, I may refund the commision and ignore the refund deadline. This depends on the situation, such as Vet, dental, hospital bills, overdue rent, ect. Non valid reasons are needing money for Disneyland, or, irresponsible spending/money management.

Art TOS

Owned art is allowed to be altered by another individual after the fact, i am not against others later improving my art where they see fit, as long as its done in a respectful manner, not using AI and simply for the improvement of the image.In the future, say, 7 months after the commision is done or if my art is sold to another user, and said user feels that they'd like small touch ups, like, improvements to the ears, eyes and jawline shape, feel free to reach out to me, ill see what I can do with a quick edit!If selling a character, you may add 100% of the cost of the commision to the characters overall value. However, this cost will be fixed to what was paid for the specific piece. not my up to date prices.If a character i created and gifted is deleted from Toyhouse or my designer credit is removed, i will assume the character was deleted for good, and will re-assume ownership of the character for the sake of design preservation.Unless art wasn't specifically Commisioned by you, please, do not repost my art. You can repost my posts, but, do not repost my art or have dedicated "archive" social media pages for my stuff. I am trying to grow my own social media pages, not have other leech off of my hard work.AI Usage
Under no circumstances will my commisions or any of my art be permitted to be used in AI. I will seek out that posts containing AI modified version of my art are taken down. Again, this is strict, I will not allow my skill and hard work to be misused and I will not allow individuals to disrespect me. I will first contact the poster and ask them to take it down, if the poser refuses, I will contact the support of whatever site the AI variant is posted to and request the posts removal.
